Build Your Own Calming Kit: Emotions Management Workshop
Children will rotate through 3 interactive stations to create their own Personalised Calming Kit to take home. This kit will provide practical tools they can use to support emotional regulation in their daily lives.

Join us at the Grand Opening of Ultimate Learning’s Pasir Ris Branch for a FREE hands-on workshop experience designed to help kids manage stress in fun and meaningful ways!
Part 1: Create Your Buddy
Kick things off with a hands-on DIY sensory workshop where kids will create their own personalized Stress Ball Buddy. They’ll name it, decorate it, and learn how it becomes their emotional sidekick whn stress shows up.
Part 2: Learn the 3-Step Coping Routine
Introduce a simple yet powerful 3-step stress coping routine
- Feel the Stress – Learn to identify body signals
- Focus Attention – Engage the senses with mindful touch
- Release the Tension – Practice rhythmic breathing & squeezing
P.S. Parents will also receive a take-home card with tips on how to support stress regulation at home!

Parents Talk

Parents Talk is a series of exclusive, complimentary 45-minute sessions offered only to families enrolled with The Developmental Lab. These talks complements our workshops by helping families understand the why behind their child’s behaviours and equips them to reinforce those lessons in daily routines, communication, and caregiving moments.
Delivered in an accessible, engaging format, these sessions bridge the gap between scientific research and real-world parenting — making it easier for caregivers to respond with confidence, empathy, and insight.
